What is TAP Membantu service?


TAP Membantu service is an assistance service provided for Members who have mobility incapacity to run errands physically on their own at TAP Branch. This service is provided for inclusivity for all Members and ease Members to deal with TAP matters.

Senior citizens

  • 60 years old and above member who is eligible to withdraw but has a poor health condition.

  • Member who has physical mobility incapacity.

Member with poor health condition

  • Member with a poor health condition.

  • Member with chronic illness/disease.

  • Member with limited mobility caused by the sickness/disease.

  • Member who is bedridden whether at home or at the hospital.

People with different abilities (OKU)

  • Member with impairment in terms of visual and/or hearing.

Member in custody

  • Member who is currently in prison.

  • Member who is currently at Al-Islah Centre
