Revoke Housing Fund Scheme Participation
This withdrawal application is for Housing Fund Scheme Members who wish to revoke their participation in the scheme and withdraw the entire account balance, regardless of whether they own a house or not.
Once participation is revoked, the member will no longer be able to register for or contribute to the Housing Fund Scheme again. Participation in the scheme is limited to ONE (1) time per member only.

A completed withdrawal form.
Copy of Member’s identification card.
Copy of latest bank book and statement.
Confirmation letter by member to revoke participation with reasons.
