SCP Next-of-Kin Withdrawal
When a deferred Member is deceased, a Complainant (immediate family) and Beneficiary can make the application for the withdrawal of the deceased Member's SCP Account balance.
A deferred Member must be informed on the following in order to prepare the necessary planning for their beneficiaries to withdraw account balances when a Member is deceased:
An immediate family would have to make a report to TAP by filling in a SCP Next-of-Kin Complainant form TAP will provide a letter for the Complainant submit to the Probate Office Probate Office will provide an Administration Appointment Letter of who the beneficiary is as the Administrator to distribute the wealth of the deceased accordingly only the appointed beneficiary by the Probate Office will make the withdrawal application for the SCP Account balance.
The period of withdrawal will depends on the affairs between the deceased Member's next-of-kin and the Probate Office.
The withdrawal payment made does not solely belong to the appointed Administrator. It is the responsibility of the appointed Administrator by the Probate Office to distribute to the other rightful beneficiaries according to Fara'id for the Muslim or Will for the Non-Muslim.

Ensure the documents required are complete before proceed with submission.
A complete withdrawal application form.
Complainant reporting of Member's Death:
Copy of deceased Member’s Death Certificate.
Copy of Complainant‘s identity card.
Copy of deceased Member’s identity card.
Note: Letter from TAP will be released to Complainant to be submitted to Probate Office for appointment of Administrator (Administration Appointment Letter).
Application to TAP by Beneficiary (Beneficiary appointed by the Probate Office as appointed Administrator):
Copy of Administration Appointment Letter from the Probate Office.
Copy of deceased Member Death Certificate and Identity Card.
Copy of the Beneficiary's (Administrator's) Identity Card.
Copy of the Beneficiary's (Administrator's) latest bank account statement or bank book of the applicant.
Copy of 'Fara'id' Certificate from Syariah Court (if any).
