SCP Emigration Withdrawal
Members who defer to join SPK and surrender the citizenship of Brunei Darussalam and migrate abroad before turning 55 years old are eligible to withdraw SCP Account.
Upon withdrawal application Member must be informed on the following:
Member must still provide documentation that relates the Member as a Brunei Darussalam Citizenship for the withdrawal application such as a copy of Member Brunei identity card.
Member also must have a documentation proving that he or she a confirm citizen of other nation.

Documents Required
Ensure the documents required are complete before proceed with submission.
A complete withdrawal application form.
Copy of Member’s Identity Card.
Copy of document confirming foreign citizenship such as Foreign Identity Card or Foreign Passport.
Copy of the declaration of the surrender of citizenship status letter.
Copy of the latest bank account statement or bank book of the applicant - for payment using Local Bank.
For Members or Beneficiaries who apply for payment using Telegraphic Transfer to their bank account, information must be included:
Letter regarding the intention of the withdrawal paid via direct transfer AND agree that any bank charges are to be paid by the Member.
Member's bank book (if available).
Confirmation letter from Member's bank stating that the Member has an account with the bank.
Home address.
Bank Clearing Codes/Swift address (Member is to enquire with their bank).
Member's full name and Account Number of the bank intended for the direct transfer.
